Although we were merely purchasing an inexpensive building lot once we actually made personal contact things moved very quickly towards completion of the purchase. We apprecicate how busy the sales agent was it was never a factor in completing the purchase. I’am sure this didn’t occur without effort on behalf of the agent. Most impressive however was his judgement in knowing when to interject in negotiations & when to allow them to proceed. Just a terrific agent all-round!! Thanks Greg & Judy Ball
